Cute Polish Joke

This is a non-offensive (in my opinion) Polish joke:

A Polish immigrant went to the DMV to apply for a driver's license. After going through First, of course, he had to take an eye sight test.  The optician showed him a card with the letters  'CZ W I X N O ST A C Z.'   "Can you read this?" the optician asked. "Read it?" the Polish guy replied, "I went to grade school with  the guy."

Michael,

I have since learned how to pronounce a couple Polish names... not very easy.

Typical Poll joke! I once had a Polish couple come into my office after hours we were writing up offers and on the bulletin board above the copier there was a list of Polish jokes, I was embarrassed that he was looking at them. After he gets done he says to me you peoples must love Pollacks here.

My stepmother went from a long Polish name to Byrne.  More people mis-spell Byrne than her former last name.

Michael  So true!  I went from "Hill" with dozens of people asking me how to spell that,  to Watzlawick and very few people asking me how to spell this one!    Cute Joke!

Good one!  Cheers.  Don't try it out at our Starbucks, though.  I think the guy there, while he lives in Cranford, is of polish heritage!     Which is a shame, because I have a companion joke about the Polish Pole Vaulting team at the Olympics.   Juliet of Short Hills.

Most Polish jokes can be switched to any ethnicity.  This one is strictly Eastern European, imo.

Funny story, we vacationed in Jamaica and went parasailing.  The name of the outfit was Negril Paraski. (para ski).  My husband purchased a sun visor with the name written across it.  It never ceased to amaze me, every time he wore the hat how many people would stop and ask him "Who's Negril Paraski?

OK  Now I have to show that to my son.  My ex was Polish and my son lives with a 10 letter last name that only has 3 vowels.  LOL

Ann, I have been to the same parasailing place.  That is too funny.
