Loan Officer Marketing to Realtors: A Great Tool

Loan Officers: Marketing to Realtors: I have been using a websites software/subscription to create websites for real estate agent's listings, complete with a virtual tour.  Since I use and see the value in the service, I became a sales affiliate. The websites then get submitted to Craigs-List every 4 days or so, as well as several other real estate listing sites such as Trulia, Zillow, ELooky Loo, and more.  I then solicit agents who have listings to help them with marketing by creating websites, and all I ask for in return is mortgage financing referrals and to develop a business relationship. Many agents currently pay good money for sites that are not as high quality as the sites I create for them.  I have agents who prefer the brochures available as well from the sites created using this Loan Officers Marketing to Realtors Program.

Here are the sites I have now: Click Here to View  I have a page on each individual website to market my financing services as well.

Here is a recent website I created in about 20 minutes: http://554woodlandave.canbyours.com/

I have found this service to be a great piece of Loan Officer Marketing to Realtors  and a win-win program. You can use this service to go out and establish real estate agent referrals: I am not just asking them for business but rather helping us both generate business. This is a great way to get your foot in the door with top listing agents. It also makes me feel more confident when cold calling agents, as I have a service that will help us both work to generate business through my own Loan Officer Marketing to Realtors.  I am not just another LO saying "use me I'm the best".

This Loan Officer Marketing to Realtors system is relatively inexpensive monthly and allows for up to 150 websites to be created. 1 loan a year pays for the service, depending on your pricing.  I closed a loan in January from this service and just established a relationship with another agent last week.

My sites average 25-35 hits a week and have several top agents signed up and 57 sites going, putting my name out there and getting hits each and every day.  It is a great system for Loan Officer Marketing to Realtors.

The current cost is $249/month for up to 150 websites. Personal success coaching is available as well as low or even no fee time trials.

Hi Michael~  It sounds like a great idea.  Too bad you aren't in Owensboro, KY!

Michael: Thanks for this. Keep me posted as to your success rate. My best relationships with realtors have been built over time. In fact, this is the first year (I've been in business for almost 4 years now) where it looks like I'll do quite a few purchase transactions. In many cases, it's because I've sent a realtor a referral if I can. In other instances, it's been as simple as being available and answering their questions. Thanks again! This is great information.

Thanks Mike, I have looked into this in the past, and never found the right fit, this one looks good. I looked at some of your sample sites, who sets that all up, you or the Realtor? Could be fairly time consuming, no??

Mike, you can create the websites or give eac agent a password to create their own sites.  I do the sites myself.  I just ask each agent to email me the text for the description(which I copy and paste), pictures (which I download) and the MLS listing(which I use).

It takes 15-30 minutes start to finish to create a site such as this: http://554woodlandave.canbyours.com/

Feel free to contact me about any other details.
