Despite the tight liquidity in the secondary markets, Gateway Funding is offering new bi-weekly equity builder loan programs in New Jersey, Delaware, Maryland, Virginia, Pennsylvania and Connecticut at competitive rates. These Jumbo loan programs offer the traditional 15, 20 and 30 year terms with a bi-weekly option. This allows for an accelerated payoff on your mortgage balance when compared to the traditional monthly payments

As an example of the current offerings, a Jumbo 15 year loan interest rate is currently 5.375% with no points. (APR 5.44%)

Gateway Funding has recently entered some new correspondent lending relationships for Jumbo Loans. These loan products have very competitive rates for loans up to $1,500,000.00.  Additional terms apply to loans over 1.5 million.  There are loan terms ranging from traditional fixed rates, 5/1, 7/1, and 10/1 ARM's as well as interest-only options.

There are also no-income verification programs available, with an add-on of 1/4% to the base rate.

An example of the current rates are a 10/1 Jumbo ARM at 5.75% with no points.(5.81 APR)

Despite the relative non-liquidity of the current markets, there are still great programs available!
